Does This Sound Like You?

You feel isolated, overwhelmed, and like no one truly understands military life.

You're trying to hold it all together for the kids, but inside you're barely surviving.
Deployment isn't just hard. It's a full-body, full-life crisis that hits everything at once — your schedule, your emotions, your relationship, your kids, your sense of self. And most resources out there don't actually address what military spouses go through. That's exactly why I created the Deployment Empowerment Method™.

Allison Bratton, LPC
The Deployment Empowerment Method™
The Solution
After 20+ years as a military spouse, three kids, countless moves, and 9 deployments, I've learned that surviving deployment isn't about waiting for it to end.
It's about growing through it.

The Deployment Empowerment Method™ is a proven coaching framework that gives military spouses the tools to:
-
Build calm confidence before, during, and after deployment
-
Stay emotionally connected with your deployed spouse
-
Create structure and stability for your kids
-
Develop your independence without losing your partnership
-
Turn fear into a plan that actually works
"I can focus on the mission knowing my wife and kids have a support group. They are not alone in the fight, and neither am I."

Hi, I'm Allison Bratton, LPC
Licensed Therapist. Clinical Supervisor. Military spouse for 20+ years. Mom of three and a published Author! (I almost forgot the Author Part)

I've lived through 9 deployments, countless PCS moves, and the full emotional spectrum of military life. I also became a therapist while working full time, raising young children, and navigating deployments of my own so I understand what it means to pursue your goals while carrying a lot at home.

I'm not just a therapist I'm someone who has sat exactly where you're sitting right now. I built the Deployment Empowerment Method™ because I couldn't find the support I needed, so I became it.

Today, I provide therapy to Oregon residents, support military spouses through deployment and reintegration, and supervise developing LPCs as they build confidence, strengthen their clinical skills, and grow into the therapists they were meant to become.
